2018 has been a great year. I changed career, set up a new apartment and celebrated good times with friends.
I have also posted very few blog posts (only 4!), I’m well over a year behind in editing photos from trips. However, life has been busy and I’m being slightly more restrained in what I chose to post online.

This is disappointing because for fans attending the track as it is one of the few venues with excellent viewing opportunities right around the track.

Read moreThis month is R U OK Day and next month is Mental Health Awareness Month, in light of this I’m writing this piece to share some of my story, but more importantly a few of the techniques, articles and videos which have been a tremendous help for me over the last year. Ultimately, the key piece of advice I can give is to seek professional help if you are overcome with thoughts or emotions, it has done me a world of good.
The final weekend of my trip was spent visiting a friend who lives in the cowboy town of Calgary. During the weekend we headed off to Canmore at the base of the Rocky Mountains and did some hiking in the mountains immediately behind Canmore and then up to Big Beehive and on to The Plain of Six Glaciers Tea House at Lake Louise.
